PM reference book

Our reference book provides a compact summary of our construction project management know-how, thereby forming a comprehensive reference work for all groups involved in construction projects – whether builders, planners, or executing entities. Since its first edition in 1974, our book has aimed to deliver a diversified description of construction project management methods and instruments. The solid theoretical foundations and its strong practical relevance have made this book an indispensable aid for students and experienced project managers for nearly 50 years. The five fully revised editions published in 2023 follow up on this standard and address many topics that have become newly relevant since the last edition, such as the basic phase model from initialization to management, new collaboration models in project development, additional management instruments or amended procurement and contract management.
